Assignment
Mint Wealth may assign any or all of its rights and obligations hereunder to any party without the prior consent of or notice to the User.
Indemnities
By using the Website, the User agrees to indemnify and defend Mint Wealth their directors, officers, consultants, and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the user’s misuse of the Website or Service.
Governing Law
The Terms of Use is governed by Indian Laws. Any dispute arising between the Parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Court(s) at Delhi only.
